Enbiosis – Instruction for use

Step 1: kit registeration

Click the ‘register your kit’ button at the bottom of this page.
Enter the kit code (found on the sample tube).
Enter your practitioner code if asked.
- If you don’t know your practitioner code, please email us at 📧 info@enbiosis.com, and include your kit code in the message.
Provide your contact details and create a password to complete registration.

Step 2: questionnaire

After registering your kit, answer all the questions on the screen
Press the submit button and share your answers with us

Step 3: sampling

Use the swab provided to collect a lentil-sized sample
Transfer the sample to the tube and mix for 30 seconds
Discard the swab and securely close the tube

Step 4: shipping the sample

Place the closed tube back into the original blue box.
Insert the box into the return envelope and seal it.
For US customer only: Ensure that the “Shipping Information” document (3 pages) is included inside the return box — this document is already provided in your kit.
Attach the return label included in your kit and ship it back to us.

Note: If your kit does not include a return label, please contact us at 📧 info@enbiosis.com, and include your kit code and return address in the message.

Step 5: results

Open your mobile application; log in with your email address and password
Alternatively, you can access your results by visiting https://app.enbiosis.com
